A private label is when a manufacturer lets a retailer use their own name on a mattress.  Sleeptek is one company that sells a private label mattress, for example Greennest sells a private label mattress by Sleeptek called the "Greennest",  A Happy Planet sells a private label mattress by Sleeptek called the "Oasis".  These are basically the same mattresses along with the more popular "Suite Sleep" or  "Naturally Organic"
